It would make sense to expect that if Biden won the popular vote in a given state, then that state would be obliged, regardless of whether democrat or republican, to send Electoral College voters to vote for Biden in December. This is where the corruption comes into sharpest focus. Using the hypothetical scenario, Biden has won Pennsylvania but what if the Pennsylvania members of the Electorial College vote for Trump when their vote should've been for Biden? There needs to be a STRICT law in this regard that the state's Electorial College voters MUST vote for the presidential candidate that has won the popular vote in that state. Failure to do so should result in treason charges and a life sentence in prison with no chance of parole.
