In a situation like the UTTERLY DISGUSTING scenes that we in Australia witnessed, I should think Amendment 25 in its entirety should be triggered automatically and not require any majority in either house. Again, Trump's little spoilt brat behaviour shows clearly that the Presidency of the USA or ANY country should NEVER be an exective position. It should ONLY EVER be a ceremonial role with NO actual political power whatsoever. Actual executive governmental power should be vested with a Prime Minister & Cabinet like Australia, New Zealand, Britain and Canada.
