  2.  @risingsuperstarfrost3096  Appointments to the courts at all levels need to be handled by a non-partisan committee, but considering America's extremely partisan political structure, perhaps the appointment of judges for America's courts should be taken completely out of America's hands. America's politicians have shown the world that they are like "children who are incapable of playing together nicely in the schoolyard"!
