  1. Indictment on its own should PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFY anyone from being a candidate for President, Senator or Congressman. In Australia, if you've done prison time for a year or more for any crime, you are barred from running for State or Federal Government. In America, because of the severity of crimes committed by Trump, and Nixon half a century earlier, your laws need to be much more severe but instead, they are extremely lax.
