If you don't want rail strikes stop voting for neoliberal lead 'political' parties, tax billionaires instead of borrowing from them, and warn the middle class there are always consequences to their administering piss on the poor policy.

@chucky2316 Actually it was better. I know. What wasn't any good was the governments deliberate hiring of managers to run it down so they could sell it to their friends for the 'post political career' kickbacks.
