  1. India is a filthy place with the biggest middle class in the world. I think that is the problem. The usual middle class incompetence or refusal to manage, in the hope that problems just go away, which is a global problem, and the fact that India really is an extremely dirty place. It's the kind of place you go to if you want to lose weight.
