  1. Detaining people with out due reason isn't self control and it is most certainly unlawful. It just provoked a situation.

  2. 4 years probation? what was the point of that? Noone was hurt. Some property damage could have been dealt with civily.

  4. The cops escalated that situation. If the cop had made the arrest right from the start he wouldn't have caused all that confusion which provoked the situation.

  5. I agree and the fact they are all wearing uniforms makes it premeditated. She was unlawfully detained. And that provoked a situation.
