  1. Detaining people with out due reason isn't self control and it is most certainly unlawful. It just provoked a situation.

  2. The cops escalated that situation. If the cop had made the arrest right from the start he wouldn't have caused all that confusion which provoked the situation.

  3. I agree and the fact they are all wearing uniforms makes it premeditated. She was unlawfully detained. And that provoked a situation.
