  1. Take it from me.... It is a whole lot easier to use digital than natural medium. But you know there is enough there in the b/w to make the pics pop [yes I hate that dumbed down term too] in b/w using contrast for example. And what I really hate about these digital tints/colourisations is the colour is mostly a dead wash of one hue and colour doesn't work like that in real world. One colour gets reflected into another and thus mixed in the ways that reflected light work.
