  1. depleated uranium causes serious diseases and hangs around long after any conflict in an area to affect the health of civilians for decades. All those military guys cleaning out killed enemy tanks know how hazardous that job is and are often not supplied with PPE to do the job.

  7.  @eugeniot.7824  heavy metals are extremely poisonous. THAT is the main problem with depleted uranium. Micro particulates enter the food chain and water supply and people die as a consequence of it's many decades after. People who were not alive when there was a war even... use of depleted uranium is EVIL.

  8. The very poorest have the lowest carbon footprint AND putting money into the bottom of the economic system causes economic growth. Throwing money at the richest or even the more wealthy middle does not. Give carbon credits to the poorest i.e. the homeless, the hungry, and they will spend that money.
