  1. ​ @paul1979uk2000  That bit of sea is pretty closely monitored by some of the best navy's & air forces in the world. They probably already know exactly which vessel was responsible, and to what country it belongs, but keep it under wraps to avoid political escalation (you know, media clamouring for revenge and so on). Basically, it would be suicidal for any third party to do this. They would incur the wrath of NATO, the EU and Russia at the same time. That is why this can only have been done by Russia.

  6. Ukraine will do absolutely nothing to threaten its support by the EU & NATO. They wouldn't dare do a thing like this.
