  2. You have to love those actors asking Putin for weapons. But I don't know if Putin would want to arm his population. In fact, I am pretty sure he doesn't. He likes his civilians easily cowed and complacent, not armed to the teeth. You won't see civilians walking around with Kalasnikovs in Moscow, as they were in Kyiv.
