  1. AFAIK, there are no more missile cruisers in the Black Sea. There are submarines and other ships that fire them, however. Here's me hoping the West will lease Ukraine a few modern frigates. It would be great if they could promote a submarine to a special military airplane (temporary) -- i.e. blow it up.
