  2. That a case could not be won does not mean the trial wasn't fair. It isn't a game where both sides have the same opportunity to score. A trial tries to determine whether a defendant actually did something, beyond any reasonable doubt. In many cases, that is obvious from the start, including in the Trump Trials. Trump thinks his stooges don't know the difference. Perhaps some don't, but the vast majority do.
