  1. Sometimes you wonder if judges can read. That Colorado judge needs to be disbarred. Absolutely absurd ruling. Surely the presidency is an "Office, civil or military, under the United States" as specified in the 14th Amendment. As the Constitution states in its second article: "The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years." The USA is a very, very, very sick country. Its mind has been poisoned.
