  1. I love how the Judge cuts the BS from the Trump lawyer. "We need to establish some context ... bla bla" -- Judge interrupts the BS -- "Can you name me one example where equitable jurisdiction was exercised pre-indictment?" And that is just the first knock-out blow. The judges called BS again and again. That lawyer is looking at disbarment for a frivolous case, and all those present know it.
