  1. Trump isn't trying to convince the Judge of his innocence. He is trying to convince his base that his is being unfairly treated. With the help of his cronies at Fox who will agree that it was very unfair of the Judge to hold Trump to the rules that apply for every other human being. At what point does misrepresenting facts become a crime? Before or after some idiot takes matters into his own hand, spurred on by these demagogues?
