With regards to the selective prosecution claim, the DA should be able to argue that because Trump was President, a higher bar for complying with the Law should be applied, because he is an example for every American. Which is also why the Law is pretty strict with e.g. athletes. How on earth could anyone argue "yeah, I know Trump was let off for this, but we will convict you for it"? Going soft on Trump would undermine the fabric of society. "From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded" (Luke 12:48)

  2.  @PhilipMuench-w6c  Shame on the USA that for the high and mighty, "selective prosecution" is a thing. If you are high and mighty, it should be absolutely normal to be more heavily scrutinized than normal people, because crimes by these people have much greater impact than crimes by Joe Slim living in some small corner somewhere. If Trump can get away with crime, so should every other citizen in the USA. That is how examples work. The USA has become bewitched by these people. There IS a two-tier justice system that is the opposite to how it should be. The rich and mighty are destroying the USA, not the regular people.
