  1. Judges have a lot of leeway to direct their own trials. Only actual decisions can be appealed and could be ground for her recusal. So she doesn't take any more decisions. Except this one. And I believe & hope that this is the one that will get her recused, because she has done irreparable harm to an active investigation.

  2. Wow. Handling confidential information about an active investigation to one of the parties involved in that investigation? That is totally outrageous. Defendant Trump has absolutely no right to such information, as it pertains to an investigation not this current case. Cannon has made herself an informant for Trump. If this isn't enough to have Cannon recused from the case, I will loose any respect I still have for the US justice system. This is just WRONG. In a real democracy, with active Rule of Law, Trump would have been arrested awaiting trial somewhere around April or May 2021.
