  1. What worries me is that she is taking the dysfunctional, hyper-partisan operation of Congress as fact. However, I am quite certain that if she were willing to submit sensible, non-controversial proposals, she would get broad support. There have been many attempts by Democrats to obtain support from Republicans, even watering down their proposals with Republican amendments to appease them, only to be met with further demands. She conceals that it is the Republicans who simply stone-wall any co-operation from Democrats.
