I am against capital punishment, but by some measures the title "condemned" would be appropriate for him. Especially if he gave national and international security information to Putin and others that are enemies of the USA.

So in this case, Trump is unlucky in the judge that was selected. In contrast, he has been very lucky in how the judge for his Florida case was selected, and landed us the Cannon disaster. Karma is a bitch.
