  1. This is very clear Obstruction of Justice. I do not understand why the DoJ does not prosecute this as a crime. This is not acceptable in a country where there is the Rule of Law. I know what the House Republicans call this, but it is up to the Judge to determine if they are right or not. If the DoJ simply lets this go, the Judge does not get a chance to rule on it. Congress does not have the right to obstruct the work of the Executive, as it is a co-equal branch. In normal countries, politicians will never comment on an ongoing case for this very reason. The USA is still a very, very sick country.
