By what we know of the case, this looks like the most egregious case of espionage and treason the USA has ever seen. It would not surprise us if Trump got condemned for this, not just convicted to do a long time in prison. We are shocked Trump is out on bail at all, literally anyone else would be in jail pending trial. And now the judge lets him attack the FBI with impunity? NUTS!

Well, Biden didn't have piles of highly sensitive military and nuclear secrets in a building frequented by known Russian, Chinese and Saudi spies, sitting in a room next to an FF-ing COPYING MACHINE. Biden's actions didn't lead to the disappearance of thousands of CIA operatives & informants around the world. Biden had mislaid some personal notes he used for his memoirs, discovered it himself and contacted the appropriate authorities to have them returned. Trump had requested specific information that a president normally doesn't get to see (need-to-know compartmentalized information), and refused to return them when the authorities asked them back.
