  1. The Immunity defense is absurd. The USA Constitution was created for ONE reason and ONE reason alone: to create a country where EVERYBODY is subject to the Law. That is the ONLY difference with the Kings that the founding fathers so abhorred, that the President is subject to the Law, where a King used to not be subject to the Law or had considerable leeway to deviate from it.
