Developers shouldn't give their managers / product owners etc a choice between features and quality. That is not something they are qualified to micro-manage. This is one reason why a task list should be off-limits to these peoples, or why "technical debt" tasks shouldn't be on the storyboard.

@defeqel6537 A sales person can not be a PO. The PO is a buffer between these people and a dev team, who can translate the needs, requirements and constraints of one to the other. And that is NOT one-way from sales to dev.
