  1. When companies forget that it are NOT the share holders that pay their salaries, but the customers, they are in for a nasty surprise. Several other companies are experiencing that surprise, not least of which is Disney.

  2. I don't know what has happened to the USA, but it used to fight monopolies and monopolists. It did that during its golden age. And the previous time it allowed monopolists to arise, were its darkest days that culminated with the Great Recession in the previous century.
