  1. Dear Lavror, you may start a war by yourself, but not stop it. This war will end with the complete restoration of the 1993 borders, no sooner. If that will mean the destruction of the Putin regime, so much the better. You should have learned that from the failure of the Soviet Union to conquer Afghanistan. Now it is too late.
