While I do not deny that liberating it is a major achievement (I remember that its capture by the Russians was the beginning of the end for Bakhmut), calling Andriivka a "city" is a bit of a stretch. Three streets and 50-odd houses is NOT a city. You could call it a village, a settlement or a hamlet. Hamlet is the most accurate, but is a bit old-fashioned.
