  1. I thnik that the Russians will defend Tokmak as tenaciously as Bakhmut, because of its strategic importance. However, Tokmak looses its value as soon as the rail way through it comes within easy Ukrainian artillery range. So Ukraine will bypass Tokmak and make it a kill zone for Russians.
