  1. Finally, we get to see the train wreck we have been warning for these last 5 years. Slow in coming, devastating when it starts to hit. But don't be deceived thinking that 2022 will see the worst of Brexit. 2023 will be much worse, and 2024 worse still.

  2. Personally, I think the decline will accelerate, until the UK economy hits hyper-inflation. After that, all bets are off. There is no stopping it, except perhaps massive and prolonged demonstrations like the ones that toppled communism. But be prepared to see the government to go full-on authoritarian rule. Then you'd better pray the military and police forces have some decency left.
