  1. My wife acts the same as yours when I put renaissance music on... When I grew up, my father studied the Lute, and his teacher was a very good friend. We visited all sorts of medieval and renaissance music happenings. As part of his yearly reunions with his two best friends and their families, they would study a piece and recite it. That was their yearly race who got through the notes first ;-) My dad did not have a good ear, bless him...
