  1. This is breaking new legal ground. Most Copyright law protects "slavish" copies of music. AI creates content that is, for the purpose of copyright law, new. However, it is a "derived work" from the original works. Licenses may explicitly exclude works derived through AI, and the Fair Use laws should be modified to exclude them.
