  1. They should do as they did in 1917: take what weapons they have, and point them on their corrupt leaders. Only this time, they should make sure their replacements are not corrupt.

  3. Ukraine doesn't take cities. It out-flanks them. Than the Russians retreat. It is very hard living off the land when the land hates you. If the Russians linger in the city, I expect the local population to rise up against them. Weapons will be sent in to arm the civilians (pistols, explosives). Officers will be murdered. The Russians will fall apart without leaders.
