  9. According to the Laws of War, you shouldn't use POW's for propaganda purposes. The only thing they should say is name, rank and serial number. But perhaps these people really wanted to testify. And as war crimes go, it is a very light one. What the Russians are doing is much, much worse.

  11. Putin should pull back out of Ukraine as quickly as possible in order to limit the damage to Russia. But if he doesn't, he will be responsible for the dissolution of the last vestiges of the Russian empire, because the nations will have lost their fear of the Russian army. Most likely, that point has already been reached.
