  1. Instead of showing deference to Trump, the Judge should remember that the Rule of Law is the foundational bedrock of any good government. You can not have a democracy without the Rule of Law. That is ESPECIALLY true for the President: The President MUST obey the Law at all times. I know Republicans have been trying to whittle away at that principle, but a president who is not required to obey the law is nothing but a dictator.
