Good news about the appeal court denying Trump's motion. It is outrageous that this was uncertain, showing how far the US Justice system has fallen, but thankfully justice was done here.

@fairygaslight8660 This is a state court case, only rarely does SCOTUS get involved in those. But yes, that is a possibility, in which case the relevant SCOTUS members will need impeachment when Biden regains the House.
