  1. As he willfully ignored and even contradicted the experts, he may well be convicted. Criminal liability for companies starts when they ignore expert advice and fail on due diligence. Glenn Kirschner is mailing all 50 state prosecutors asking them to indict Trump and his cronies for this crime.

  2. ​ @tatamata6976  The government has the responsibility to protect and defend its people. Trump failed because of his ego. 410 thousand people died -- and counting. If he had taken it seriously, this number would have been lower. E.g Germany has 0.06% of its population dead from Covid, the USA: at least 0.12%, i.e. double that of Germany. And Germany has much more open borders than the USA. But Germany is rules by a literal scientist.

  4. People trusted Dump with their lives, when they voted for him. Sad thing is that it wasn't just their own lives that were on stake. Especially the poor who probably didn't even vote in 2016 were hit by Covid.
