  1. It is going to take time. People who stand up for what is right, and lots of time. And America needs to stop accepting the little evils. Like the carte blanche the police have for killing people. Like the acceptance of the noble South myth or the accroutements of slavery. Children being taught a false view of American history.

I will not visit the 'States as long as those discriminating rules are in power that give a customs officer the right to force any foreigner to unlock their electronic devices for inspection, without even a warrant. My devices contain company secrets, and I will not let anyone "inspect" them without a warrant. And I expect protection when visiting a nation, and not to be treated like a potential terrorist. There are plenty other reasons why I will not visit, but this discriminating Bush law was the first.
