So for Dump to say the Democrats are blocking relief is outrageous. The regular process for solving this situation is: The house determines a solution and that is then enacted by the president. If the president wants to turn it around so that he can look good is not acceptable, not while the house has done its job but is being blocked by the president's cronies.
