@maya1314francisco Most certainly, though that is not the custom. But then, there has never been a president that blatantly commits crimes while in office. Even if he were to be pardoned by the next president, he can still be indicted at the State level. And, at some point the Supreme Court will rule on whether a sitting president can be indicted or not, and probably they will rule that he can. Never before has there been an AoG that held that a sitting president can not be indicted. But then again, the question has never arisen.

Trump is well on course to turn the USA into a Fascist dictatorship, as demonstrated by his total disregard for law and constitution. So, if his supporters come out in arms, there will be blood. But blood is sometimes the price to be paid for freedom... It is easy for me to say, as a foreigner, but I am very serious. Thankfully, it is unlikely the military will side with Trump once out of office, so the battle will probably be one-sided.
