About Geert Wilders: he has only 25% of Parliament behind him. That, sadly, makes him the biggest party in the Netherlands, but rest assured, IF he succeeds in forming a government (which is far from guaranteed), as soon as he fails to support Ukraine, his tenure is over. There is STRONG support for Ukraine in the Dutch Parliament. Which is also why Rutte is allowed to make this deal, and Wilders will not be able to cancel it. I am definitely rooting against him, I do not trust him nor do a LOT of Dutch people. That he got this far is for a large party due to Russian agitation and misinformation.
