  1. Good point about Ukraine using their civilian nuclear program to develop a (dirty) bomb and retaliate. However, I don't think a man like Putin is capable of understanding that if HE does something nasty, someone else is free to do the same to him. It is a trait of fascism: I can do things to you, but you can't do them back to me, because you are not worthy.
