I keep being shocked at how badly the Law is upheld by the USA. OBVIOUSLY Trump led insurrection, and he shouldn't only be excluded from the ballot, he should be in jail awaiting trial right now. Germany lost its democracy because the Law was not being upheld by the government, and they allowed paramilitaries to spread fear and bully people. The USA is still in danger of the same, by being so weak and slow in punishing MAGAts for their crimes.
