  1. In my country Cannon would have been removed from the case a loooong time ago. In the USA there are far too many ways in which rich people can run down the clock & leeway for corrupt officials. My country has a system where when a judge appears biased in their questions or other communications, they can call together three other judges from that jurisdiction and have them consider what the judge has said and/or done. If they find that there is an appearance of bias, the judge is taken off the case. The whole process is usually concluded within 24 hours. Even the slightest appearance of bias is enough. Her deference of Trump on day one would have been plenty to take her off the case. Shame on you, USA. Get your act together.
