  1. The USA used to claim being the ultimate blueprint of Democracy. But that has proven to be a gross overstatement. The USA hasn't even separated its Powers properly. The Rule of Law is the Conditio sine qua NON for Democracy. If Trump walks away from this case without a substantial prison sentence, the US is done for.
