  1. I wonder why law cases can be delayed in this way. It should not be possible to start a new case to stop another case. If Dump thinks he has immunity, he should argue that at the case. If the judge rules against him, he can appeal after that case is completed and Dump is either declared guilty or innocent. That should be it. A ruling not to dismiss a case early on "immunity", is the safe option that does no harm, so it should not be possible to appeal that. Continuing a court case is by definition the just option, and only in cases that are VERY clear cut should a case be dismissed. If there is any doubt, the case should continue, and that should be at the Judge's discretion. Not something that another judge has authority to comment on. Should that judge be wrong or corrupt or politically motivated, there is the appeals system. That is enough.

  2. Dump feels himself entitled to such immunity, which is why he argues for it. And he feels that Biden is NOT entitled to such immunity. Which is why it hasn't clicked with him that this argument is a double-edged sword...
