  3. That will be a long process. The EU will first want to see you comply fully with the WA, and constitutional reform that make you a democracy instead of a demockracy. Otherwise it will not trust you with a stick. Because a large part of the EU has been deeply insulted by the treachery and going-ons of the Tory clowns.
