  1. As a SW project, this is on-course for a major disaster, on all fronts. You can be certain that the system will not work as expected (if at all). The nasty thing is that this piece of SW is a vital part of the primary process of the UK, if the UK can be seen as a company. Disruptions in the primary process can bankrupt any company very, very quickly. Within a few weeks, for many companies... Time to get the popcorn and a good chair, and watch as the comedy unfolds.
