You can not sue a government unless they explicitly break the law, and even then it is difficult. Most courts will not touch a case like this because it is not under their purview, being a political and not a legal matter. Basically, you are screwed if the wrong people get voted into power. Your only course of action is to get public support. Which is damn hard because most media are full of Tory sycophants.

Finally, we are coming to the bottom of the matter. Brexit's purpose was likely to achieve exactly the worsened workers' conditions and opportunities for big businesses you mention. Shaft everybody in the UK for the benefit of the "ruling" class.

@markhackett2302 I like the way you are thinking! But government personnel has formidable legal protection against being sued personally for what they did as part of their job. That makes it harder to sue a government official than to sue government itself. The Law only judges if government acts within its own laws, e.g. in upholding the Withdrawal Agreement. The body that should scrutinise government for doing the right thing instead of merely what is legal, is Parliament. So now that people have voted these Brexiteer nutjobs into Parliament, Britain is screwed. The only way out of it is public pressure. Even a terror campaign will not help, as this will only strengthen government authority.
