  2. Funneling aid money out of a vital refinery: time to nationalise it, and give the owners of said refinery a hefty claim for maladministration, equal to the value of money funneled out.

  3. So, after bankrupting their hauliers by failing to compensate them for the more expensive drivers, these (large) firms will have to buy their own fleet of vehicles and hire their own drivers. Sounds like a smart move -- not.

  4.  @Steve_Coates  Not if the bankruptcy is handled by a half-decent executor! Those trucks represent a lot of money, and the executor will sell them to the highest bidder.
